The Grand Prosecution
Formal Indictment · July 7, 2026 — The Full Dissertational Record of the Maafa
"The trafficking of enslaved Africans and the racialized enslavement of Africans constitute the most inhumane and enduring injustice against humanity."
Full verbatim body text for all eight Parts will be rendered from the Founder-supplied dissertation payload. What follows is the structural scaffold and the ratified summary of each Part.
The Theological Authorization
Dum Diversas (June 18, 1452), Romanus Pontifex (1455), and Inter Caetera (1493) are the founding legal instruments of the Maafa. Issued by Popes Nicholas V and Alexander VI, they granted Portugal and Spain the right to 'invade, capture, vanquish, and subdue' non-Christian peoples and to reduce them to 'perpetual slavery.' No pope has ever formally revoked these bulls.
The Nation-by-Nation Prosecution
Portugal (5,848,266 — The Originator). Great Britain (3,259,441 — The Industrial Architect; the 1833 £20 million compensation paid to slave owners was finished being paid by British taxpayers only in 2015). France (1,381,404 — Code Noir 1685, and Haiti's 150-million-franc extortion still being paid into 1947). Spain (1,061,524 — The Asiento Empire; Cuban slavery to 1886). Netherlands (554,336 — the first twenty Africans delivered to Virginia in 1619; 2022 apology without reparations). United States (305,326 transported, millions bred internally; the 13th Amendment punishment clause; voted AGAINST the 2026 UN resolution). Denmark (111,040 — 2023 apology, payment outstanding).
African Collaborators — the Full Historical Record
Dahomey, Asante, Oyo, and Kongo's coerced entanglement is documented honestly. The legal finding of the dissertation stands: African collaborators bear genuine moral responsibility; European perpetrators bear primary criminal liability under international law. The guns-for-slaves cycle was engineered by European demand — no European demand, no trade.
The Forensic Record
12,521,336 documented captives (Voyages Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade Database), with total estimates of 12.5 to 15 million. 1.5 to 1.8 million died in the Middle Passage. Approximately 1.75 million were children under fourteen. Four and a half centuries, 1441–1888.
The Corporate Beneficiaries
JPMorgan Chase (Citizens Bank of Louisiana). Wells Fargo (Wachovia). Aetna. Lloyd's of London (marine insurance on slave voyages). Harvard, Yale, Brown, Georgetown (built on trade wealth). The three thousand British slave-owning families named in the UCL Legacies of British Slave-Ownership database.
The Living Damage, 2026
The racial wealth gap. Health disparities and life-expectancy gaps traceable to enslavement. Mass incarceration under the 13th Amendment loophole. Haiti's catastrophe — the direct downstream of France's 1825 indemnity. The living damage is measurable and current.
The Legal Prosecution
UN General Assembly Resolution A/80/L.48, March 25, 2026 — 123 nations in favor; Argentina, Israel, and the United States against. Crimes against humanity are imprescriptible. UN Basic Principles on the Right to a Remedy and Reparation (2005). International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD). The Brattle Group quantification of $100–131 trillion in owed reparations — with Judge Patrick Robinson's finding that even this is an underestimation.
The Prosecutorial Demands
DEMAND I — Full, unequivocal apologies from every perpetrator state and the Holy See. DEMAND II — Direct financial reparations by nation, calibrated to the Brattle framework. DEMAND III — Structural reform: return of stolen artifacts, revocation of the papal bulls, decolonization of the international legal order. DEMAND IV — Cultural and psychological reparations, including international funding for African-diaspora DNA ancestry programs and the establishment of Maafa Healing Centers. The Daily Compounding Clause applies: every day of continued denial adds to the debt. The verdict: Justice now. Reparations now. Restoration now. Healing now. NOW.
