African Heritage Foundation LLC is a sovereign instrument for truth‑telling, healing, and reparative justice for African descendants and the broader human family. We exist to confront the Maafa, the European Transatlantic Slave Trade and its ongoing afterlives, and to labor for systemic transformation, not symbolic reform. The primary mission of the African Heritage Foundation LLC is the delivery of Free Ancestral DNA test kits to African Descendants

We chose the LLC structure rather than a 501(c)(3) charity to protect our autonomy from external micro‑management, control regimes, and funding conditions that have historically constrained revolutionary and movement‑aligned work. We do not accept money, partnerships, or "support" that come with strings attached, veto power, or pressure to soften our analysis or dilute our mission.

Our work is long‑range and intergenerational. We hold an unapologetically African‑centered perspective while embracing the broader task of healing the human family and safeguarding the living Earth.

By accepting a role with African Heritage Foundation LLC, you agree to:

1. Honor the Core Mission, Align your work with our focus on war and healing, reparations, and structural transformation, and resist efforts, internal or external, to reduce our mission to symbolic gestures or apolitical service delivery.
2. Protect Strategic Autonomy, Refrain from making commitments (to partners, funders, or media) that would grant others veto power over our work or pressure us to dilute our analysis.
3. Practice Internal Integrity, Bring conflicts, ethical concerns, and strategic disagreements into structured internal dialogue rather than into informal gossip or external forums. We resolve tensions through clear processes, not through back‑channel alliances.
4. Respect Roles, Boundaries & Governance, Operate within clearly defined roles and decision‑making structures, recognizing that governance exists to safeguard the mission, not to concentrate ego.
5. Commit to Growth & Accountability, Engage in continuous learning around history, power, trauma, and liberation; accept feedback and accountability as part of collective growth.

In exchange, African Heritage Foundation LLC commits to:

• Provide clear roles, responsibilities, and lines of authority, so collaborators understand where they can exercise initiative and how decisions are made.
• Acknowledge and fairly credit the contributions of collaborators, while maintaining the coherence of the overall vision.
• Create processes for addressing harm, disagreement, or misalignment with honesty and care.

6.1 Baseline Alignment

Before entering any funding or partnership conversation, prospective supporters must:

• Affirm the historical reality and ongoing consequences of the Maafa and related systems of racialized exploitation.
• Recognize the legitimacy and necessity of reparations work, including material, policy, and institutional forms of repair.
• Accept that African Heritage Foundation LLC retains final authority over strategy, messaging, and project design within our mission.

6.2 No Strings, No Vetoes

• No veto power: Supporters may not hold contractual rights to block or override our strategic decisions, public stances, or research directions.
• No content control: Supporters may not demand pre‑approval or suppression of messaging, publications, or events that fall within our mission, even when controversial.
• No quiet "tone‑policing": We will not adjust our analysis to appear "less radical" in order to secure or retain funding.

6.3 Preferred Funding Practices

• Unrestricted or broadly flexible support for mission‑aligned work, rather than narrowly constrained project grants that distort priorities.
• Multi‑year commitments where possible, to match the long time horizon of reparative and structural change.
• Transparent, simple reporting requirements that respect our capacity and do not pull energy away from the work itself.

6.4 Ethical Co‑Branding & Visibility

• We may acknowledge funders and partners publicly when appropriate, but such acknowledgement is a reflection of shared commitment, not a license for reputational "washing" or extraction of prestige.
• We reserve the right to end relationships where actions of a supporter materially contradict the values and goals of African Heritage Foundation LLC.

African Heritage Foundation LLC is guided by the Founding Visionary as primary custodian of the mission and by evolving circles of trusted collaborators and advisors. Over time, we will develop and formalize structures that:

• Protect the core mission from capture or dilution as the organization grows.
• Clarify roles, decision‑making authority, and lines of accountability for collaborators and partners.
• Create pathways for intergenerational succession so that the work can outlive any single person while remaining true to the founding covenant.
